Can I pay my Aurora bill online?
Pay online quickly and securely here. For regular payments, you can set up a direct debit with Aurora Energy, make a BPAY arrangement with your bank or financial institution, use Centrepay through Centrelink or sign up to Aurora EasyPay. To make payments from time-to-time, you can pay online with your credit card, via your bank or financial institution, or in person at an Australia Post or Service Tasmania. What do I do if I can't pay my account on time?
If you are having trouble paying your bill we can help. Contact us or request a payment extension. You can request a payment extension online here or call us on 1300 132 003
How do I change my name or update my contact details on my Aurora account?
If you need to update your name you can email, fax or post a clear photo of your driver's license, birth or marriage certificate to us. If you just need to update your contact details like your postal address, phone number or email you can use our form. What is the charge when I get my electricity connected?
The connection fee charged by TasNetworks will be listed on your bill under ‘Other Charges’ and begin with ‘Network charge’. A standard connection costs $88.53. If you request for a priority connection, it will cost more.
Can I have solar on aurora+
Yes, you can. If you have solar you'll have the added benefit of seeing the power you export back to the grid. Aurora+ also gives you insights and tips to help you make the most of your solar.
