If you like one of our designs but wish you could tweak it to better suit your tastes, you’ll love our in-house Draft Team. Building on the foundation of your chosen design they’ll work with you to turn our home into your dream, allowing you to make a wide range of adjustments such as:

• Removing or repositioning interior walls
• Flipping or reversing layouts
• Repositioning rooms
• Raising ceiling heights
• Increasing the number, width and/or height of windows
• Increasing the height and/or width of doors
• New homes with no missing parts.
