How we do it? We selectively hire lawyers who believe in what we do and love their profession. The firm has a long history of employing graduates from Townsville’s James Cook University. We see this as a way of giving something back to our local community and means these young people already know the north, they know its industries and they know the people.

What are limitation periods, and how do they affect me?

Do you offer No Win No Fee services?
We believe that nobody should be denied justice due solely to their financial situation and so we offer No Win No Fee services in a range of matters, including claims for traffic accidents, work accidents, public liability accidents, professional negligence, life insurance and super claims. Our no-win no-fee service is transparent and will be detailed in a written client agreement.
