History:
Little Constructions In 2004 Mark and Leesa Little established Little Constructions, a Geelong based, boutique construction company, which today employs a highly experienced team of professional trades, consultants and designers. Little Constructions have since built numerous unique superior quality homes in Geelong and across the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula and Golden Plains Shire Regions. Little Constructions is committed to building custom designed homes that reflect today’s lifestyles. Providing practical efficient floor plans, visually stunning designs, coupled with a superior quality construction. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and equally important, excellent value for money. Over the last 12 years, Little Constructions have built and renovated many beautiful homes across Geelong and the region. Which includes a broad spectrum of styles, from stunning contemporary designs in popular urban neighbourhoods, to sprawling classic homestead’s on generous rural allotments in charming outlying rural communities. While the scale, layout and design of these properties may vary greatly, the one thing all Little Constructions homes have in common, is the exceptional high quality of design, function materials and workmanship they demonstrate.
Mark, Leesa and the team at Little Constructions work closely with a portfolio of around a dozen projects per year. This ensures each client receives unparalleled personal service throughout the building process. This carries through from the preliminary concept drawings and planning phases, building permits to complex site works, utilities considerations to internal fit out and selection of colours and materials. Little Constructions take care of everything and provide guidance, so each client is well-informed at all times about the building process.
