About Us
Mures Fish Centre was established in 1973 in Battery Point, Hobart. More than 40 years on Mures Tasmania offers the ultimate Hook-to-Plate experience with quality, fresh, local seafood. Mures Tasmania has a 76 foot long lining vessel "Diana" a processing factory, a wide range of gourmet seafood products which are distributed nationally and internationally and three seafood restaurants on Hobart’s waterfront, Victoria Dock.
