Fresh shucked oysters from Oyster Bay on the east coast, ocean trout from Macquarie Harbour and crayfish (lobster) from Tasmania's rugged and rough west coast. Deep sea trevalla and other species including large succulent scallops from the pristine waters of the east & west coasts. Pedro's is the place for fresh seafood.
For the non-seafood lovers, we source the finest north west coast beef for scotch fillet steaks cooked to your liking with a wide range of sauces. Plump chicken breast and other pasta dishes are also available.
Both lunch and dinner menus are extensive and very competitively priced. All seafood is sourced at the lowest input prices as Pedro's has a processors license enabling direct dealing with the fisherman.
