Tasmania Police is an operational arm of the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management. Offence Reports are managed within Tasmania Police by Information Services, Tasmania Police. An application for a copy of an Offence Report should be submitted to Information Services, Tasmania Polices. An application must include the details of the nature of the incident, offence date & location, reporting person, victim, and Offence Report or Incident Number. A file service fee of $53.90 (including GST) applies (payable to Tasmania Police), unless otherwise agreed with Information Services.
