ReNu Energy Limited (ASX: RNE) is headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland. ReNu Energy has an experienced Board and Management team focused on finalising the abandonment of its two remaining geothermal wells and negotiating strategic corporate combination and renewable energy development opportunities.
The Company has previously developed 2.2 MW of solar projects which were sold in September 2019 and two bioenergy Projects totaling 2.7 MW which were sold in August 2020.
Recently the Company appointed KPMG Corporate Finance as financial advisor to assist with the identification of potential merger or acquisition opportunities to be financed with ReNu Energy scrip and/or external capital.
ReNu Energy listed as Geodynamics Limited on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in September 2002. In 2016, the Company rebranded to ReNu Energy. The brand reflects our commitment to being a diversified clean energy company, generating change by providing innovative renewable energy solutions.
