It took one year of intense study to complete the diploma, which gave her an in depth knowledge of the structure of the skin and how to care for it. Over the course of Kaylene's career she has received many awards personally and professional for the salons.

In 2010 she was inducted into "The hall of Fame" at Ella Bache Awards held in Sydney. This award is given to those therapists that have the highest standing and respect among the Ella Bache community. Kaylene is an advocate for the brand as it has stood the test of time and delivers results for all skin care concerns. Treatments range from acne through to damaged skin.
