What We Do
We are one of the largest water distributor-retailers in Australia, supplying drinking water, recycled water and sewerage services to a population of more than 1.5 million in South East Queensland.
Each year we:
- Supply more than 136,000ML of water to residents and businesses in our service territory – enough to fill more than 50,000 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
- Remove and treat around 124,600ML of sewage, which would fill more than 530 million wheelie bins
- Respond to more than 24,000 written customer enquiries
- Answer more than 290,000 customer phone calls.
