Residential Requests
Directory Select allows you to order or cancel White Pages book deliveries to your home. It's as easy as entering your postcode and following the simple steps.

How to update your business or government listing?
For new entries or additional details to an existing entry, please call White Pages® Customer Service on
FREECALL™ 1800 810 211+. $ Charges apply for additional information text+ This is a free call from a fixed Telstra service.
Other service carriage providers may apply charges.
Remember, you must be the registered service owner (ie. the person whose name is on the phone bill) to update listing details.)
Can I recycle the book?
White Pages books can be recycled through household kerbside collection. If you're a business with more than 20 old books you can get free recycling advice or arrange for the books to be picked up by calling Visy Recycling on 1300 368 479.
