Wayne Warton is the Principal Solicitor/Director of WMG Legal. Wayne was admitted to practice in 2004 following an extensive career as a senior manager in one of Australia's major insurance companies.

Chris Malfone
Solicitor/Director

Chris Malfone is a Solicitor/Director at WMG Legal and is an experienced property and commercial lawyer. With a strong background in property development and building / construction, he has unique insights into industry specific issues.

Vincent He
Conveyancing Solicitor

Vincent He is a Solicitor at WMG Legal and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021. He obtained a Bachelor of Law (Civil Law) in China and Juris Doctor from University of New South Wales, followed by a Graduate Diploma at the College of Law.

Rodel Hernandez
Solicitor

Rodel was admitted to practice in December 2019 in the ACT following an extensive qualification course at the University of Sydney Legal Profession Admission Board. Before migrating here in Australia, he previously worked as a criminal, labour, and business lawyer in a private law firm in the Philippines before joining the judiciary as one of its mediators and supervisors for almost 8 years.

Sabita was admitted to practice in March 2022 following a 7-year comprehensive experience in the various departments of ACT Public Service including ACH Health, Canberra Health Services and ACT Corrective services.
