Having been thru the Workers' Compensation process as both an employer and employee David has a unique insight into the WorkCover process and the pitfalls and how to avoid them with the goal of achieve a positive result for all stakeholders involves.
What We Do
We here at WCCMacarthur are a NSW WorkCover accredited Return to Work Coordinator, a RTW Coordinator's job is to help their clients manage the return to work program for any injured workers, help develop/manage/create a Return to Work Program (which is a legislatively required document for all businesses that have Workers' Compensation Insurance) and help audit companies WorkCover compliance.
